Wine is 100% Tinto Fino, has 23 days of maceration and see's 12 months of French and American oak. That being said, the color of the wine is a hair past maroon. Rich spices and dried herbs on the nose. On the palate this is a red fruit bomb with notes of cassis and oak. The finish is soft with a light floral note. This wine should age very well and could use a nice hour in the decanter before serving. Would go great with a nice prime rib or grilled burgers. Food: Would go great with a nice prime rib or grilled burgers.
